1. About HealthcareRooms

HealthcareRooms operates an online marketplace that connects healthcare practitioners seeking flexible consulting room space with practice managers and clinic owners who have rooms available for hire. Our platform operates across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia.

By creating an account, listing a room, or using our platform in any capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform means the HealthcareRooms website and any associated services.
• Practice Manager / Lister means a user who lists rooms for hire on the Platform.
• Practitioner means a healthcare professional who uses the Platform to find and enquire about rooms.
• Listing means a room or space advertised for hire through the Platform.
• Enquiry means a message sent from a Practitioner to a Practice Manager via the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts to use the Platform. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Practitioners who list their professional credentials on the Platform represent that those credentials are current, accurate, and that they hold all required registrations and licences to practise in their jurisdiction.

4. Platform Role

HealthcareRooms is a marketplace platform only. We do not own, manage, or control any rooms listed on the Platform. We are not a party to any room hire agreement entered into between a Practice Manager and a Practitioner.

All arrangements for room access, pricing, scheduling, and terms are agreed directly between the parties. HealthcareRooms accepts no liability for the quality, safety, compliance, or availability of any listed room.

5. Listings and Accuracy

Practice Managers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, included equipment, access arrangements, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Listings must not be misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of any applicable law. HealthcareRooms reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion without notice.

Rooms listed must be genuinely available for hire at the times and prices stated. Bait listings or listings for rooms not under the control of the Lister are prohibited.

6. Compliance Obligations

It is the responsibility of each party to ensure their use of a listed room complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards, including but not limited to:

• AHPRA registration requirements (Australia)
• Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act (New Zealand)
• Singapore Medical Council and Allied Health Professions Council requirements
• Malaysian Medical Council and Ministry of Health requirements
• NDIS Practice Standards (where applicable)
• State and territory infection control guidelines
• Building codes, zoning, and local government requirements

HealthcareRooms provides no warranty that any listed room meets any particular regulatory, professional, or compliance standard.

7. Fees and Plans

Access to the Platform for Practice Managers is subject to the plan selected at registration. A free tier is available with limited features. Paid plans (Standard and Pro) are billed monthly or annually as selected.

Fees are charged in the local currency of your account (AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand, SGD for Singapore, MYR for Malaysia). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Platform by taking transactions off-platform after initial contact through HealthcareRooms
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Collect personal information about other users without consent
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• List spaces you do not have the right to sublet or make available for hire

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to HealthcareRooms and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By uploading photos or content to the Platform, you grant HealthcareRooms a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthcareRooms disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

HealthcareRooms is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including any room hire arrangements made through it, loss of revenue, personal injury, or property damage.

Where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
